Ordering via the Internet is just as secure as ordering via the telephone. If you prefer to place an order over the phone, you may purchase any merchandise by calling us at 1.858.334.3235 during Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time).

For your convenience, we accept credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All prices are based on US Dollars. For non-credit based payments, we accept money orders and certified bank or corporate checks. Please note that, for non-credit based payments, purchased merchandise will be shipped when we receive the actual payment.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

While we stand by all of our merchandise, we understand that you may change your mind after a purchase. Returns for refund or exchange are accepted by mail so long as they are postmarked within 14 days from ship date and the merchandise are in original, unused, and unaltered form with undetached tags. All returns for refund or exchange will be forfeited thereafter.

Merchandise returned for refund or exchange will be at your own expense. Please include a copy of your invoice and any special instructions for proper handling. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. All refunds will be in like-form of purchase less any original shipping charges. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to show on your account statement.

Refused, unaccepted and similarly undelivered shipments will be charged a 25% non-refundable restocking fee.

Unless otherwise specified, offers, promotions and sales are for a limited time only, are not retroactive to prior purchases, and can not be combined with any other offers, promotions and sales. Final Sale items are sold “as is” with no returns, refunds, and/or exchanges.

Damaged Merchandise

If damaged merchandise was delivered to you, we will gladly arrange for you to receive equal, replacement merchandise at our expense so long as you return the damaged merchandise to us within 14 days from ship date. Damaged merchandise claims will be forfeited thereafter. If you prefer to receive a refund instead of a replacement of the damaged merchandise, please see Refunds section. SHIPPING

Your receipt of the purchased merchandise is simple and our priority.  Most in-stock orders are packaged and shipped within 2 business days.  We access only world-class shipping carriers:  FedEx and U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  To optimize our service to you, we reserve the right to select the most efficient shipping method based on your order.  To better service you, please be sure to enter all your contact information such as email address, phone and fax numbers so that we may contact you as needed.  If you need assistance, please contact us at service@delcina.com or 1.858.334.3235.

Expected Delivery Times are based on after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Signature confirmations are required on all orders over $200.00. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Certain deliveries may require additional time and fees depending on the item(s), destination(s) and shipping carrier. If this is the case, we will contact you for your approval of the final shipping fees and time quotes.

If you would like to have your order billed to an international address, but shipped within the USA, please enter your appropriate billing information at Checkout.

International tariffs, taxes, fees, surcharges, customs charges levied by the destination country will be your responsibility.  Please contact your customs house to determine necessary fees, as we cannot.  For returns, all related fees levied against DELCINA, along with all shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund of the original purchase.

International shipping via FedEx is optional and available at additional charges.  Shop online, enter appropriate billing and shipping information at checkout, and choose a shipping method from the selection.  In the Customer Notes section, please enter your request for FedEx international service.  We will then contact you for your approval of the final shipping fee first, before charging the additional fees.
